This policy explains how tickets for Kerala Startup Fest 2027 are delivered.

1. Digital delivery only

All Kerala Startup Fest 2027 tickets are e-tickets. No physical item is shipped, so there is no courier, postage or delivery address, and no shipping charge. The price you pay is the ticket price, with no delivery fee added.

2. How you receive your ticket

  • As soon as your payment is confirmed, your ticket is issued with a unique ticket number and QR code.
  • It is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and is also shown on the order confirmation page after payment, where you can view and download it.
  • You can find your ticket again at any time using your ticket number and the email address used at checkout.

3. Delivery time

E-tickets are normally delivered within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you have not received your ticket within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us. We will resend it.

4. Entry to the event

Show the QR code, on your phone or printed, at the registration desk on arrival. Each ticket admits the number of people stated on it and can be scanned once for entry, so please do not share or post an image of your QR code.

5. Wrong email address or problems with delivery

Please check your email address before paying. If you entered it incorrectly or cannot access your ticket, contact us with your order reference and we will help once we have verified the order.
